The series electric pump is composed of three parts: pump, seal and motor. The motor is located in the upper part of the electric pump, which is single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor; the pump is located in the lower part of the electric pump, which is of runner type impeller and worm shell structure; mechanical seal is adopted between the pump and the motor, and O-type oil-resistant rubber seal is used as static seal at each fixed stop seal to ensure the reliability of the electric pump. The rotor shaft of the electric pump is made of stainless steel to ensure that the shaft has more reliable mechanical strength, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and also facilitate the maintenance of the impeller to fold and unload. Some specifications adopt runner type impeller, which greatly improves the anti-clogging ability of the pump; some specifications adopt full head theory design to enable the electric pump to maintain no overload operation under normal conditions, effectively extending the service life of the motor.
