Compared with the previous generation, it has a wider working curve, higher efficiency and is not easily affected by impurities in the liquid. The series is designed with a top pullable pipe structure, and the pipe cannot be removed for general size inspection and maintenance. All series pumps feature innovative, easily removable mechanical seals that eliminate the need to disassemble the motor.
Conditions of use:
1、TD type pipeline circulation pump with standard motor and mechanical seal. Compared with similar types, the structure of this product is less sensitive to impurities in the pumped liquid. The product is designed in a top-mounted removable form, allowing the pump to be serviced without affecting the piping system.
2、 The impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft to ensure the concentricity of the pump, thus improving the operational stability of the pump and delaying the service life of the pump.
3、Shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or combination of mechanical seal. High quality carbide seal is used to improve the wear resistance of the seal and effectively prolong the service life of the pump.
4、Easy to install and maintain, no need to disassemble the piping system. Pump inlet and outlet have the same diameter, which simplifies the piping connection.
5、The pump can be operated in series and parallel according to the flow and head requirements.
6、According to the need, the suction and discharge ports can be installed in the same direction or 90°, 180°, 270° in several different directions to meet different connection occasions.
